Sprint Board is a complete agile delivery workspace. Work starts as an epic, becomes a backlog story, gets pulled into a sprint, moves across the kanban board, and finishes with a UAT test plan that a product owner signs off. Every page is part of the same flow rather than a separate tool.

Each story carries a title, description, acceptance criteria, type, priority, story points, assignee, epic, sprint, attachments, related stories, subtasks, comments, and a full activity trail. AI assistance can expand a rough description into a clear one, and generate acceptance criteria from the description you already wrote.

Permissions are the backbone. Five roles тАФ admin, product owner, developer, QA tester, and viewer тАФ control what each person can see and change, and those rules are enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface. Developers can move their own assigned work but cannot rewrite scope; QA testers own the test cases; only admins and product owners can sign off a UAT plan.

Authentication is built in with email and password plus Google sign-in. The first person to open a fresh copy assigns themselves as admin from the settings page, then invites the rest of the team and sets their roles.

Best use cases

Running a delivery sprint тАФ plan the sprint from the backlog, check capacity per person before committing, then work the board day to day. Status changes, comments, and edits are all recorded against the story so nothing needs to be re-explained at standup.

Backlog grooming and prioritization тАФ group stories under epics, set P0 to P2 priorities, estimate with story points, and filter by type or epic. Unassigned work stays visible in its own section instead of getting lost.

Release testing and sign-off тАФ build a UAT test plan against a sprint or epic, write test cases with expected results, record pass, fail, or blocked outcomes, and require a product owner or admin to sign the plan off before release.

Reporting to stakeholders тАФ share velocity, burndown, cycle time, and throughput from the analytics page, and use the quarterly roadmap to show where epics land over time, using the same data the team works in.
