About this template

This template gives you a working account health dashboard for customer success. Every account carries a health score from 0 to 100, and the status — Healthy, At Risk, or Critical — is derived automatically from that score at the database level, so the label can never drift from the number behind it.

Each account record holds the details a CSM actually reviews before a renewal call: ARR, plan tier, owning CSM, renewal date, segment, usage level, support ticket counts for the last 30 and 90 days, NPS, CSAT, last contact date, and free-form notes. The dashboard rolls those up into total ARR, ARR at risk, renewals due in the next 30 days, and a shortlist of your lowest-scoring accounts. An analytics page adds score distribution, status split, and a segment breakdown.

Getting data in takes a minute: download the CSV template, upload your own file, preview the parsed rows, then import. The importer accepts human-style headers like "Health Score" or "Renewal Date" and cleans up currency formatting. There's also a sample data option if you'd rather explore a populated dashboard first, and an export page that hands your whole book back as CSV.

Authentication is built in with email and password plus Google sign-in, a password reset flow, and a three-step onboarding wizard you can skip and resume. Every account row is scoped to the signed-in user and enforced with row-level security — this template is single-user by design, so your book is private to you.

Features & capabilities

Production-ready features with a mobile-first interface, secure per-user data, and quick load times

Health scoring 0–100

Every account carries a numeric health score you can set manually or populate from your own logic.

Auto-derived status

Status is computed from the score — Healthy at 70+, At Risk 40–69, Critical below 40 — so labels always match the number.

Status change history

Each status transition is recorded, giving you a timeline of when an account improved or declined.

Portfolio dashboard

Total accounts, total ARR, ARR at risk, renewals due in 30 days, status breakdown, and your riskiest accounts at a glance.

Renewal timeline

Upcoming renewals grouped into 30, 60, and 90-day windows so nothing arrives unannounced.

Accounts list with search and filters

Filter by status, segment, and owning CSM, or search by name, with counts showing how much of your book each view covers.

Account detail and editing

A full record per customer: ARR, plan tier, CSM, renewal date, segment, usage level, tickets 30/90, NPS, CSAT, last contact, and notes.

Analytics page

Score distribution, status split, and segment breakdown with ARR attached, rendered as charts.

CSV import with preview

Download a template, upload your file, review the parsed rows and detected count, then import. Flexible header matching handles real-world column names.

Sample data option

Populate the dashboard instantly with example accounts to explore the app before adding your own.

CSV export

Export your whole book as a CSV, with values escaped safely for opening in spreadsheet software.

Three-step onboarding

Capture your name and role, company details, and starting data — skippable and resumable at any point.

Authentication with Google sign-in

Email and password signup plus Google, with a password reset flow and neutral responses that avoid revealing whether an address is registered.

Per-user data isolation

Row-level security scopes every account, profile, and history row to the signed-in user, enforced in the database rather than the interface.

Mobile-first responsive layout

Built at mobile width first, with a slide-out navigation drawer and card layouts that scale up to a desktop sidebar.

Best use cases

Renewal preparation

Before a QBR or renewal call, open the account detail page and see score, ARR, plan, ticket volume, sentiment, and last contact date together. The status history shows exactly when the account slipped, so you walk in with context rather than a guess.

Weekly book review

The dashboard surfaces total ARR, ARR at risk, renewals in the next 30 days, and your lowest-scoring accounts. It's a five-minute read that tells you where to spend the week.

Risk reporting to leadership

The analytics page breaks health down by score distribution, status, and segment, with ARR attached. Use it to show where revenue risk actually sits instead of describing it anecdotally.

Migrating off a spreadsheet

Import your existing tracker as a CSV, keep the fields you use, and export at any time. Nothing is locked in, so you can trial the dashboard alongside your current process.

Getting started

Step 1: Remix this template

Click "Remix" to create your copy. You get a working dashboard you can sign into and explore with sample data before adding anything of your own.

Step 2: Familiarize yourself with the project

Go to User > Settings > Knowledge, and read what's under "Project knowledge" to understand the intended architecture and access control model. You can also ask Lovable in the chat for more details.

Step 3: Customize your brand

Update the colors, typography, and product name. The design system is token-based, so changing the accent color updates the whole app — cards, charts, and status colors included.

Step 4: Add your accounts

Import your book as a CSV, or add accounts one at a time from the Accounts page. Set health scores manually or fill them from your own logic around usage, tickets, and sentiment.

Step 5: Tune your scoring model

Decide what "healthy" means for your product and adjust the thresholds and inputs. Ask Lovable to derive the score from usage, ticket volume, or NPS instead of entering it by hand.

Step 6: Go live

Deploy with one click and start using it in your renewal prep. Lovable handles hosting, SSL, and performance.

Step 7: Iterate and make it yours

Keep building — add the fields, views, or integrations your team needs, and shape the workflow around how you actually run your accounts.
