Lovable Advertising Services Terms

Version 1.0

Effective Date: October 14, 2026

1. Introduction

These Lovable Advertising Services Terms (“Ads Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lovable’s advertising features, which let you create, configure, launch, and manage advertising campaigns for your projects through third-party advertising platforms (the “Advertising Services”). These Ads Terms are Additional Terms that supplement, and form part of, the Lovable Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”) and incorporate them by reference. Capitalized terms not defined in these Ads Terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

By clicking to accept these Ads Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Advertising Services. If you accept on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” and “your” refer to that entity.

The Advertising Services are currently offered as a Beta Feature: they may be incomplete, may change, and may be suspended or discontinued at any time, and they are subject to the Beta Features provisions of the Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

“Ad Content” means any advertising creative, copy, text, images, video, landing pages, audience or targeting inputs, and related materials that you create, generate, upload, configure, or launch through the Advertising Services, including materials produced with the assistance of AI Output.

“Advertising Provider” means a third-party advertising platform through which the Advertising Services enable you to run campaigns. The Advertising Services currently support Google Ads, provided by Google, and Meta Ads, provided by Meta Platforms. We may add, replace, or discontinue Advertising Providers at any time.

“Advertising Account” means an advertising account with an Advertising Provider that you create, provision, or link through the Advertising Services.

“Conversion Data” means data generated through Tracking Technologies regarding actions taken by Visitors, which may include event, transaction, click-identifier, device, and hashed or other identifying information.

“Tracking Technologies” means tags, pixels, software development kits, cookies, and similar technologies configured or deployed through the Advertising Services to measure conversions and campaign performance.

“Visitor” means an end user who interacts with your project, application, website, or landing page.

3. Advertising Providers

Campaigns created through the Advertising Services are run on, and are subject to the systems and policies of, the applicable Advertising Provider. The Advertising Services currently operate with Google Ads and Meta Ads. We reserve the right to provide the Advertising Services through other or additional Advertising Providers, and to change or discontinue any Advertising Provider, at any time and without liability to you.

To provide the Advertising Services, your Advertising Account may be created under, or linked to, a manager account, business portfolio, or similar structure that Lovable holds with the Advertising Provider. That structure gives Lovable the access needed to operate the Advertising Services on your behalf. Lovable acts only at your direction, and it does not make Lovable the advertiser, the account holder, or the party responsible for your campaigns.

You are the advertiser. As between you and Lovable, you are solely responsible for your Advertising Account, your campaigns, your Ad Content, and all activity conducted through them, whether undertaken by you, by your authorized users, by anyone using your account, or by the Advertising Services at your direction.

4. Advertising Provider Terms

You are responsible for complying with the applicable terms and policies of each Advertising Provider you use through the Advertising Services, including any terms you accept directly with the Advertising Provider when you create or connect your Advertising Account. For Google Ads, these include the Google Advertising Program Terms and the Google Ads policies. For Meta Ads, these include the Meta Self-Serve Ad Terms, the Meta Advertising Standards and, where Tracking Technologies use Meta Business Tools, the Meta Business Tools Terms. We will show you, or link to, the current version of each Advertising Provider’s terms when you create or connect your Advertising Account.

If there is a conflict between these Ads Terms and an Advertising Provider’s terms with respect to your Advertising Account or campaigns, the Advertising Provider’s terms prevail to the extent of that conflict. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the acts, omissions, decisions, pricing, availability, or policies of any Advertising Provider, including any decision to disapprove, limit, suspend, or remove your Ad Content or Advertising Account.

5. Your Responsibility for Campaigns and Ad Content

You are solely responsible for all Ad Content and for the campaigns you create and launch through the Advertising Services, including:

  • ensuring you hold all rights, licenses, consents, and authorizations necessary for your Ad Content and that it does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party rights;

  • ensuring your Ad Content and campaigns are accurate and not deceptive, false, or misleading, and comply with all applicable laws and with each applicable Advertising Provider’s terms and policies;

  • holding any licenses, registrations, certifications, or authorizations required to advertise your products or services; and

  • reviewing and approving Ad Content and the associated conversion tracking configuration before any campaign is launched.

Ad Content may be produced with the assistance of AI Output. AI Output is subject to the AI Output terms in the Terms of Service.

6. Prohibited and Restricted Advertising

Your Ad Content and campaigns must comply with our Platform Rules, all applicable laws, and each applicable Advertising Provider’s policies, including the Advertising Provider’s restrictions on prohibited and restricted categories and any requirement to hold licenses, certifications, or authorizations for what you advertise.

If your Ad Content is political, election-related, or otherwise subject to special advertising rules (including the EU regulation on the transparency and targeting of political advertising and each Advertising Provider’s own verification and declaration requirements), you are responsible for making any required declarations, completing any required verification, and including any required disclosures. The Advertising Services may ask you to confirm whether these rules apply to your campaign; your answer is yours, and we rely on it.

You must not use the Advertising Services for, or in connection with, any project, application, or site that is directed to children under the applicable age of consent, and you must not use the Advertising Services to target, advertise to, or collect personal data from such children. You represent and warrant, on a continuing basis, that your project is not directed to children under the applicable age of consent (including under laws such as the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and that your use of the Advertising Services complies with each applicable Advertising Provider’s policies regarding children.

We may, but are not obligated to, review, screen, gate, warn, refuse, or remove Ad Content or campaigns, or require you to confirm your eligibility, before or after launch. Any of these measures are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis, do not constitute legal advice, and are not a representation or guarantee that your Ad Content or campaign complies with any law or Advertising Provider policy. Responsibility for compliance remains solely with you.

7. Conversion Tracking and Data

The Advertising Services may configure and deploy Tracking Technologies in your project to measure conversions and campaign performance. You authorize us to generate, insert, and operate these Tracking Technologies as part of an advertising setup that you initiate and approve, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving the conversion tracking configuration applicable to your project. Our handling of personal data in connection with the Advertising Services is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Consent and Privacy Compliance

You are solely responsible for establishing and maintaining a lawful basis for, and where required obtaining and maintaining valid consent for, the use of Tracking Technologies and the collection, use, and sharing of Visitor data through the Advertising Services, in accordance with the laws applicable in each Visitor’s jurisdiction (including the GDPR, ePrivacy and cookie laws, and similar laws). You are responsible for:

  • obtaining and maintaining records of any required Visitor consent before Tracking Technologies operate, including through any consent management tools made available through the Services; and

  • maintaining an accurate and complete privacy policy and any required disclosures describing your use of advertising and Tracking Technologies, the categories of data collected, the recipients (including the Advertising Providers and Lovable), international transfers, retention, and Visitors’ rights.

Any consent management or similar tools we make available are provided to assist you, are provided “as is,” do not constitute legal advice, and do not relieve you of, or transfer to us, responsibility for your compliance.

9. Fees, Billing, and Advertising Spend

All advertising spend, fees, and charges payable to an Advertising Provider are solely a matter between you and that Advertising Provider. You are responsible for establishing your own billing relationship and payment method directly with the Advertising Provider and for all amounts you incur. Lovable does not collect, hold, or process your advertising spend and is not responsible for any charges, billing decisions, currency selections, taxes, refunds, or disputes arising between you and an Advertising Provider.

10. Disclaimers; No Guarantee of Results

Without limiting the disclaimers in the Terms of Service, we disclaim all warranties regarding Ad Content, conversion measurement, tracking accuracy, and the availability, performance, or policies of any Advertising Provider.

The Advertising Services are provided to assist you in creating and managing advertising; we do not guarantee any particular outcome. We make no representation or warranty that any campaign will be approved, delivered, or displayed, or will achieve any level of reach, impressions, conversions, performance, or return on investment, or that any Advertising Account will be provisioned, maintained, or remain in good standing. Advertising Providers may independently review, disapprove, limit, suspend, or terminate your Ad Content, campaigns, or Advertising Account.

11. Indemnification

In addition to the indemnification obligations in the Terms of Service, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • your Ad Content, campaigns, and use of the Advertising Services;

  • the products, services, websites, applications, or landing pages you advertise through the Advertising Services;

  • your failure to comply with any applicable law or any Advertising Provider’s terms or policies;

  • your collection, use, tracking, or sharing of Visitor data, including any failure to obtain required consent or to provide required privacy disclosures; or

  • any claim brought by a Visitor, customer, or other third party in connection with your advertising or data practices.

This obligation is in addition to, and does not limit, any indemnity you owe an Advertising Provider directly under its terms.

12. Service Dependencies; Limitation of Liability

The Advertising Services depend on Advertising Providers and other third parties that we do not control. We are not responsible for, and will not be liable for, any act, omission, decision, delay, interruption, change, suspension, or termination by an Advertising Provider, including any effect on your Advertising Account, campaigns, Ad Content, or Conversion Data, or any loss of advertising spend or campaign performance.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, disable, limit, or discontinue your access to the Advertising Services, in whole or in part, at any time as described in the Terms of Service, including where required by an Advertising Provider or to address a legal, security, or policy risk. An Advertising Provider may independently suspend or terminate your Advertising Account under its own terms. On any suspension or termination, you remain responsible for your campaigns and for all amounts owed to an Advertising Provider, and you must manage or wind down your campaigns directly with the Advertising Provider.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Ads Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in Advertising Provider requirements or applicable law. Each version carries a version number and effective date. Where we make material changes, we will give notice in accordance with the Terms of Service and will ask you to accept the updated Ads Terms before you continue to use the Advertising Services. Changes required by an Advertising Provider or by applicable law may take effect immediately on notice. Campaigns already running are not affected by a pending acceptance, but you remain responsible for them under the version of the Ads Terms you accepted.
