More than 70 million projects have been created with Lovable. Within companies, many of them run on Microsoft: a tracker built on a SharePoint list, or a tool that reads the team inbox. Each one worked for the team that built it. Getting it in front of the whole company was a separate project.
That's why we're working with Microsoft so the apps people build with Lovable run inside the company's own Microsoft tenant, with the same sign-in and IT controls as everything else there.
How it works
Lovable connects to Microsoft in three ways.
Publish into your tenant
Describe what you want and Lovable builds it. When the app is ready, connect Copilot Managed Runtime and publish. Lovable packages the app with Microsoft's Copilot Managed Runtime SDK and deploys it into your Microsoft Entra tenant. People open it with their work login. IT manages it like any other Microsoft app, and it shows up in the company's app inventory.
Build with your Microsoft 365 and Fabric data
Connect Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, or OneNote, and Lovable builds on that data and writes back to it. Connect Microsoft Fabric and the app reads your lakehouses and warehouses. Nothing gets exported or copied. Apps can also read and write Dataverse and SQL, so if your company runs on Dynamics, that data is in reach.
Sign in with Microsoft
People sign in to your app with Microsoft Entra ID, and you decide who gets access. If someone is in your directory, they can use what you built.
Lovable also shows up where your company already works. The Lovable MCP server is listed in the MCP Center, so you can build, iterate, and deploy Lovable apps from your AI workflows without opening the editor. The Lovable desktop app runs on Windows. Lovable is listed on Microsoft Marketplace, so if your company buys through Microsoft, ask us about a private offer.
What it means for you
The finance team builds an app that reads supplier statements from the Outlook inbox, checks them against ERP data, and flags unpaid invoices. They publish it to the tenant. The accounts payable team opens it with their work login. IT sees it next to every other Microsoft app, under the policies already in place. The data stays in Microsoft, and nobody needs a second login.
Teams are already building on their Microsoft data:
- Construction crews track tasks and costs on their phones from OneDrive documents
- Operations teams turn years-old Excel sheets into live tools that write every change back
- Data teams build reports on live Fabric data without writing SQL
For IT, the app lives in your tenant and sign-in happens through Entra. The code is real code your engineers can work with. On the Lovable side, Business and Enterprise plans include the controls IT already expects: SSO, SCIM, security scanning, and audit logs.
We built this integration on Microsoft's own Copilot Managed Runtime SDK, so an app made with Lovable arrives in your tenant the same way everything else there does: same sign-in, same policies, same app inventory. To IT it's just another Microsoft app. Which means the person who built it spends less time asking permission, and more of what people build makes it to production.
