How ElevenLabs Builds Mind-Blowing Demos with Lovable

ElevenLabs is the leader in all things audio AI, drawing on the latest AI research to revolutionize everything from text to speech and conversational AI agents to music generation.

For Gabo Lopez, GTM Lead at ElevenLabs, the pressure is constant. His team owns customer growth, product adoption, and customer retention across ElevenLabs' suite of audio AI solutions. "Time is super precious," Gabo explains. "We're extremely busy, and every interaction with a customer needs to count."

One particularly critical point in the enterprise prospect journey is the live demo — but building vivid, tailored demo experiences is technical, time-consuming, and expensive. With Lovable, Gabo and his team can ship compelling demos that turn skeptics into believers and prospects into pilots.

Show, don't spec

Enterprises adopting ElevenLabs Agents platform or Audio APIs typically need to integrate them into their existing products or embed on their site. However, showing prospects static API documentation often fails to ignite their creative spark — they need to experience the integration in action for it to truly resonate.

“While customers appreciate what the API can do, we need to go beyond the code to bring the value to life,” Gabo explains. "However, if I can arm my champion with an interactive demo that really showcases what they are trying to build on top of our API, they have a much easier time getting internal teams excited to use Eleven Labs.”

Recently, Gabo and his team utilized Lovable to bring their agents to life for a prospect in the media vertical, creating a demo around a fictional media company with a new movie set to release soon about a fictional band.

The demo showcased how media companies could create interactive promotional experiences where fans engage directly with characters, building hype while maintaining narrative mystery. Even better, it demonstrated multiple ElevenLabs products working together: voice agents and their music generation model in a single, cohesive experience.

For a CPG (consumer packaged goods) prospect, another demo took a completely different angle: a fake detergent brand with an AI personality. It was a blueprint for how consumer brands could turn product support into an engaging, voice-first experience.

I think that Lovable just helps us give that wow factor even more, Gabo says.

When you want to inspire people, Lovable is giving us that extra tool to make people get into a creative mode.

The impact on ElevenLabs' key GTM metrics has been significant. In addition to acquiring new customers, demos built with Lovable are helping to grow existing accounts. Customers who see these tailored demos are expanding into additional ElevenLabs products, exactly the kind of cross-selling that drives growth.

We've actually seen people expand into other products based on these demos, Gabo explains.

The demo might inspire them to say, 'Oh, I can tie this capability to this other project that I'm working on, or this product that we have in mind.

Big impact, small invoice

What made these demos powerful wasn't just that they worked, it's that they were built in a matter of minutes. This eliminates an awkward trade-off that exists in the traditional demo pipeline, where most prospects receive a generic offering, and key accounts receive a custom one. With Lovable in his stack, Gabo can give every customer the mind-blowing demo they deserve. ElevenLabs estimates at least a 50% reduction in time spent creating engaging demos, with the ability to produce three to four demos in the time it previously took to create one.

Sometimes it would take you maybe half a day to do a demo, Gabo explains. And in that same time with Lovable, you can come up with three or four instead of just one.

What used to involve roping in a sales engineer, coordinating schedules, and manual QA can now, in extreme cases, be done in the back of a cab: One team member built a working demo during a six-minute taxi ride en route to a customer meeting. "You literally can do things in 10 or 15 minutes," Gabo explains. "We had one time where someone did a demo in a taxi ride because he was going to go visit a customer. And in like six minutes, he got out of the taxi and we had a demo."

For a GTM team under pressure to accelerate customer acquisition while deepening product adoption and retention, this efficiency translates directly to business outcomes. More personalized demos mean more inspired prospects. More inspired prospects mean faster sales cycles and higher conversion rates. And demos that showcase multiple products working together mean customers who see — and adopt — the full value of the ElevenLabs platform.

The Lovable effect

ElevenLabs' GTM team now relies on Lovable as a core tool in their growth stack. In fact, every person at ElevenLabs who tried Lovable continued using it, despite the availability of several other AI tools within their organization.

When asked what causes this internal virality, Gabo had a simple explanation. In addition to the productivity benefits and revenue unlocks, it's just fun.

I cooked up these demos on a Saturday morning and it was just like me, my tea, and good music. Once you get into it, it's hard to stop. You just get in the flow, you work on it, and it makes you happy to see the outcome of what you're doing. So I would say it's a fun experience using Lovable.

For teams working with technical products in competitive markets, inspiration drives adoption, and tools that democratize the creation of compelling, tailored experiences can become powerful growth levers. As Gabo puts it, "You have an idea and then with Lovable, you make it happen."

Gabo and his team plan to continue investing in Lovable to drive growth, adoption, and innovation within their customer base — one demo at a time.
