the gist of it we are going to basically 0:19 create an app from 0:23 scratch all right from scratch basically 0:27 from nothing and we are going to talk to 0:30 Ai and actually create a full on app 0:34 that we can then publish and sell and do 0:38 whatever we want so here's what here's 0:40 what's going to happen I'm going to walk 0:42 you through this whole process but but 0:44 I'm going to budget spreadsheet so 1:32 you can see here we have you know the 1:33 income the housing cost the 1:35 transportation cost Financial cost right 1:38 all those things that you you know that 1:41 a potential budget might have right and 1:46 then we also have you know other 1:47 allocations here like other things that 1:49 we can put in here such as savings or uh 1:53 whatever have you Vacations or anything 1:56 else else comes up and here this is the 2:00 20% that you want to keep for yourself 2:02 or you know just for your daily uses 2:04 your daily whatever and we're basically 2:07 going to take this spreadsheet we're 2:09 going to put it into Manos and we're 2:12 going to put it into Chad GPT and then 2:16 from there we're going to go and create 2:18 a whole new application and this 2:22 application is going to be so cool so 2:25 let's get into it so I've already done 2:27 that I've already kind of done that I 2:29 did the 2:30 casual template here which is a 2:33 budgeting uh spreadsheet and I asked 2:35 basically hey I want to create a budget 2:38 app follow the spreadsheet extract the 2:41 information come up with a really good 2:43 structure for an app right do not forget 2:45 the formulas obviously there's formulas 2:47 in this spreadsheet here right as soon 2:50 as you put in some numbers uh the for 2:54 formulas start to work out you can see 2:56 here you have $200 which is the 20% 2:59 obviously and then you got a gap of $800 3:02 that makes sense right um and then as 3:05 you add on more stuff in here you 3:08 basically begin to uh get all the 3:11 formulas and you start to see that 3:13 things are actually working so that's 3:15 what the spread sheet looks like and I 3:17 gave it chpt chpt actually went in 3:21 analyzed it there components there 3:22 income section there's an expense 3:24 section there's a formula observation 3:27 here and then we got the proposed 3:29 facture and we got the income module 3:32 expense module cash flow 3:35 analysis reports and inss right that's 3:39 pretty straightforward and I also did 3:41 the same thing to Manos and Manos is 3:44 actually pretty 3:46 interesting it went on and actually 3:49 created a whole app so check this out I 3:53 gave it basically the same formula exact 3:56 same formula uh exact same prompt and I 4:00 said Manos can you do this it's like 4:01 yeah sure I'll help you create a budget 4:03 app it went straight to the budget app 4:06 and at the end let's see here at the end 4:09 let's see if we can even see what the 4:10 web page looks like right it's asking me 4:13 do you want to turn your creation into 4:14 an interactive website and deploy it 4:16 permanently so let's see what it comes 4:18 up 4:19 with in the meantime I went ahead and 4:24 asked CH GPT here and I said hey you 4:28 know I would like to create a short 4:30 document that I can send to my developer 4:34 to make sure that you know this app is 4:36 outlined and this app actually makes 4:39 sense and this app is actually going to 4:41 be you know have all the features that I 4:43 want some of the features that I want 4:45 and some of the 4:46 database chpt said say less I got you he 4:51 gave me this huge document massive 4:53 massive document and as soon as I got 4:56 this massive document I was like yes 4:58 this is actually you know this document 5:01 outlines the requirements for developing 5:03 a budget management app you got the 5:05 features you got the user dashboard you 5:07 got the income module you got the 5:08 expense module you got the cash flow 5:11 thesis you got the reports and insights 5:14 you got user accounts and then you also 5:17 have a database because I was like yeah 5:18 I don't want to miss anything out of 5:20 here and so we got a database for users 5:23 got a database for income table we got a 5:26 database for expense table budget 5:30 allocation uh reports and then obviously 5:33 a technology stack we're obviously not 5:35 going to be creating all of this uh for 5:37 ourselves we're not going to be doing 5:39 front end back end database or anything 5:40 like that we are going to go and launch 5:44 and create this app on one single 5:47 application called lovable if you have 5:51 not heard of lovable I highly recommend 5:54 that you go and check out loable it's an 5:57 amazing amazing tool it will will 5:59 basically help you create an app based 6:04 on just what you have here these 6:07 instructions obviously I'm not going to 6:09 put in all the instructions we're going 6:11 to go step by step but you can see here 6:14 I just simplified My Life by knowing 6:17 exactly what features I want all right 6:21 this is where I'm going to break and I'm 6:22 going to say if you ever want to create 6:26 an app if you ever want to cre create an 6:30 app that's already proven here I'm 6:32 creating something from scratch right 6:34 I'm going to show you how to do this and 6:37 actually get a piece of the pie from the 6:41 biggest SAS companies or businesses that 6:44 actually are already operating and what 6:48 you do what you do is basically you go 6:51 and you check which successful app out 6:54 there that you want to not replicate 6:57 more like get inspiration from and then 6:59 you go to chat GPT and you're like hey 7:01 chat GPT can you give me all these 7:02 features and then you go to lovable you 7:04 create the whole thing on lovable and 7:06 you publish it and then you start 7:08 marketing it that's how you're going to 7:10 get the 1% so the 1% basically means 7:14 if QuickBooks is worth I don't know $500 7:19 million are you able to create something 7:22 simpler like 7:24 QuickBooks but make it so that it's like 7:28 1% 7:30 so that basically what I'm saying is if 7:34 if if if QuickBooks is $500 million okay 7:40 is it possible to get 1% of that by 7:43 creating something simpler and then 7:45 going not after the same Market but 7:48 something similar or similar Market do 7:51 do you get it's in there and it's putting 9:03 everything together files I'm working on 9:06 files I'm not working on all the code I 9:10 developers developers developers you are 9:13 cooked if you're a junior developer you 9:15 are 9:18 cooked you have to be a senior developer 9:21 nowadays if you're not a senior 9:22 developer level book can pretty much 9:24 create an MVP app from scratch and it's 9:29 this is so cool 10:59 look at that you can see here we have 11:01 all these folders and files that have 11:05 been automatically created all of them 11:08 have been automatically created I didn't 11:11 even have to do anything and it's still 11:14 going by the way if you want to increase 11:18 your revenue or 11:22 your your bottom line or become more 11:25 efficient every single business I mean 11:28 every single business should have small 11:31 applications like this working in the 11:33 background what do I mean by that if you 11:36 have tasks if you have tasks that are 11:39 repetitive tasks that are taking time 11:42 tasks that you can actually be able to 11:45 say 11:46 hey I I I can't spend 5 hours on this 11:51 day I can't spend 5 hours on this thing 11:54 you need to than what chpt had recommended look at 13:09 that spending 13:12 breakdown Transportation income expense 13:15 I'm going to be using this app myself 13:17 this is really really cool this is 13:19 really really cool and then I can just 13:20 click add new oh my 13:23 goodness this is wow wow I am actually 13:27 impressed lovable I I'm actually 13:32 impressed so here's the secret guys 13:34 here's it here's the secret here is the 13:37 secret I'm going to show you something 13:39 crazy okay I am going to show you 13:41 something crazy uh I'm going to go 13:44 to this application here that I 14:23 can't do the same thing with lovable 14:26 right and These Guys these guys are 14:29 probably worth a lot a lot of money 14:32 let's say they're worth $200 million 14:35 right now 14:37 right I can go ahead and create the same 14:40 app using my twist obviously you got to 14:43 put in your own twist and guess what I 14:47 just need to 14:48 have maybe like 200 paying subscribers 14:53 and then I can go ahead and flip my 14:56 budget to app here from lovable that's 14:59 the secret guys that is the secret if 15:01 you watch the video this long that's the 15:04 secret I give all right obviously they have a 15:22 mobile app that's something we can do 15:24 with lavable for 15:26 sure right look at all the features okay 15:29 let's look at all the 15:31 features let's see what they have that I 15:34 can't add in 15:37 here right obviously they've been here 15:39 for a while but I don't need that I 15:41 don't need it I need I just need to be 15:43 able to I just need
