0:00 I'm going to show you one of the most 0:01 powerful SEO methods that I've 0:03 discovered in recent weeks this is 0:06 location based 0:10 Pages something I've been looking into 0:13 recently is creating directory or 0:16 directory websites for location based 0:19 Pages however one thing that's kind of 0:22 annoying about that is the the end 0:25 result isn't that you're promoting your 0:27 business or your client's business or 0:28 your service whatever but instead you're 0:31 kind of promoting other people's 0:33 businesses other people's Services if 0:35 you watched one of the recent videos 0:37 that I made you know that I've 0:38 discovered something incredible which is 0:40 creating location based search websites 0:43 without the use of directories however 0:46 in this video what I'm going to do is 0:47 I'm going to give you a breakdown of the 0:48 logic that we're going to be using to 0:50 create one of these websites so as you 0:52 can see on my screen here we have what 0:54 is effectively craft agency us this is a 0:57 project that I'm working on in the 0:59 background it might change it's not 1:01 going to be exactly this etc etc but 1:03 basically what it is is it's a way to 1:06 get leads for our agency so you can see 1:10 here the SEO is basically top backlink 1:13 agencies in Phoenix Arizona and then we 1:15 have this title this little description 1:18 we have a full description all of this 1:20 is going to be regenerated all of this 1:21 is going to change I'm just showing you 1:23 the logic uh all of this is uh AI 1:26 generated content at the bottom AI 1:28 generated content using chat gbt 4o um a 1:31 form which actually goes to super base 1:33 when someone fills it in so we can get 1:35 leads and then some images here that 1:38 have all been cached but if I go on for 1:41 example backlink agency and I go on New 1:43 York you'll see that the content now is 1:46 being generated so the way that this 1:48 works is I'm going to go through this so 1:50 location based pages okay you create a 1:53 template using Ai and 1:57 nextjs um you create a sitap etc you 2:03 launch the website Google crawls the 2:07 website dynamically generates the 2:11 content when a user clicks it it is it 2:18 shows the cach result so this is a 2:21 really really exciting thing because 2:23 previously like what I did with find a 2:25 tradesperson island.com this isn't that 2:28 useful for a business right I I can't 2:31 say to a business I will grow your you 2:34 know plumber in Cabin business by 2:39 creating you an a directory this is 2:41 useful in some regards but it's not as 2:43 useful for local SEO local businesses um 2:48 etc etc it could be useful for uh 2:51 certain things and certain key terms and 2:53 certain businesses but it's not really 2:55 that useful for pgd plumbing and heating 2:57 limited right so instead what I could do 3:00 is I could approach pgd plumbing and 3:02 heating limited and say I will make you 3:05 a location based website that will put 3:07 you in all of the locations that you're 3:10 ranking for for em that you want to rank 3:12 for or that you service for emergency 3:15 Plum uh emergency plumbing um you know 3:18 whatever else that we that you might do 3:21 as a plumber I really don't know but as 3:22 an example of this I created previously 3:25 find a plum new york.com but the problem 3:28 with this website is that it's static 3:30 okay and it to be honest with you it 3:32 doesn't really look that good um it's a 3:34 static website which means all of the 3:36 content was generated when I press when 3:38 I wrote mpm run build in order to build 3:41 the application right so it's a static 3:43 website what I'm now suggesting is that 3:45 we do instead something like this which 3:48 is instead of being a static website 3:50 it's a um dynamically generated website 3:54 so this content here was generated when 3:57 I pressed that button okay 4:00 but instead what happens is just so that 4:02 you understand this is Google crawls the 4:04 website and when Google crawls a page 4:08 that is when the content is generated 4:10 and then it's cached inside super base 4:14 okay so I used lovable for this this is 4:16 basically how I created this um if you 4:19 want to watch the video that we created 4:20 on creating this entire website then 4:22 we'll leave a link to it in the 4:24 description of this video but this is 4:26 the basic idea okay so each part of this 4:29 this um website here is generated by a 4:34 different prompt it's a template okay so 4:36 there's one prompt that says generate a 4:38 meta title then there's another prompt 4:39 that says generate a meta description 4:41 another prompt saying generate a title 4:43 generate a uh catch line generate all of 4:47 this content here okay um and then this 4:50 is just you know input um it this form 4:55 is just created using superbase 4:57 basically these images are now cached as 4:59 well and then the FAQ section is not 5:01 working right now but that's fine this 5:02 is just something we would fix later on 5:04 but again this would be AI generated 5:06 FAQs now there's a lot of tinkering to 5:08 do here I'm going to be changing a few 5:10 things about this content I'm going to 5:12 be making sure that it's relevant to our 5:16 offering and our business by 5:18 regenerating the content you know with a 5:20 little bit more of our you know context 5:24 and etc etc but pretty much this is the 5:26 entire process you can see here this is 5:29 pretty much 5:30 you know a copy a carbon copy not quite 5:33 but of crafts website um and the idea 5:36 here is to create uh crafts website both 5:40 for the US and you know try and rank for 5:44 all of these um different terms so 5:46 content writing services in Los Angeles 5:49 for example backlink Agency San Jose web 5:53 design San Diego etc etc I'm showing you 5:57 parts of this process everything that 5:59 you need to do this process but I am 6:01 going to be putting a lot more thought 6:02 into how each of each of these pages is 6:05 generated what we show on this page 6:08 what's written here um you know the 6:10
