0:00 hello everyone welcome to today's video 0:02 my name is Lucas and today I'm going to 0:04 show you how we can build a lovable 0:07 service business right from the ground 0:10 up meaning we see other competitors we 0:13 we see what type of services they're 0:15 offering what type of businesses they're 0:17 working with what type of solutions we 0:20 can build and for what type of business 0:22 right that's a a big point right to pick 0:24 our Niche so we're going to be doing 0:25 that then we're going to be building the 0:28 solutions using lovable so we're going 0:29 to be building some three you know MVPs 0:32 or or little solutions that we can kind 0:35 of use in our portfolio right we're 0:38 going to be building our portfolio and 0:40 and yeah that's pretty much it basically 0:42 creating like a little foundation for 0:44 you to use to actually go ahead and look 0:48 for uh clients or look for people that 0:52 need your service when it comes to the 0:54 lovable. deev world right so uh if 0:57 you're interested in this video please 0:59 uh tag along and let's get started so 1:01 some of examples that I've seen recently 1:03 one in particular is this agency called 1:06 cream. digital or how I like to say 1:08 creme. digital um and they help 1:13 businesses scale with AI but I've 1:15 basically discovered them in Twitter 1:17 because um I guess the owner of this 1:20 agency um he was he had like a viral 1:23 tweet one of these days where he was 1:26 talking about he made a lot of money 1:28 with uh building lovable apps so that's 1:31 kind of something that inspired this 1:33 video by the way so I checked out his 1:34 agency um was basically looking at you 1:38 know what he does uh his or their 1:41 solution right what how they work what 1:44 type of clients do they work with um and 1:48 what type of solutions do they build 1:49 right so if you scroll all the way at 1:51 the bottom you can kind of see that they 1:54 they have different use cases ranging 1:56 from frontend development to MVP 1:58 Development building internal tools 2:00 rapid prototyping right so some things 2:03 so these front end development I see 2:05 more as a general you know um retainer 2:10 type of client work that you'll be doing 2:12 after you know the beginning which is 2:14 basically trying to sell clients 2:17 Solutions right you can sell them MVP 2:19 development or internal tools right 2:21 internal tools if we click on this you 2:24 can kind of see that these internal 2:25 tools mean crms right so building crms 2:28 for different types of you know for an 2:30 HR team or for a sales team for example 2:32 or marketing team management tools data 2:35 mapping tools dashboards right all that 2:37 can be all of these that can be built in 2:40 lovable and MVP development would be I 2:43 guess more for um individuals or 2:47 businesses that kind of want to you know 2:50 stretch out a bit and build something 2:52 new right they don't want to pay a you 2:56 know a development team or a expensive 2:59 developer they would rather you know 3:01 create some type of MVP that actually 3:03 works so that they can go ahead and and 3:05 um get some funding to actually pay for 3:08 a developer right so in in cr's case 3:12 they they've created in custom 3:14 marketplaces social apps education apps 3:17 right I guess this is like with courses 3:20 and stuff social apps would 3:23 be some type of notification and posts 3:27 right and financial management apps also 3:30 cool um basically helping people with 3:35 with Banking and lending right 3:37 interesting and um another uh plat 3:42 another agency that I discovered was 3:43 Digital Scientists and they actually 3:45 also do quite similar things they do MVP 3:48 development but they also do Platform 3:50 modernization and Innovation as a 3:53 service and they are not really working 3:55 with lovable but they're more of a 3:58 development team but it's just cool to 4:01 kind of keep in mind uh what type of 4:03 services they provide because you can 4:05 provide an MVP development service for 4:09 you know built with lovable and they 4:11 build and launch in 8 weeks which is 4:13 pretty cool and you can kind of get a 4:17 glimpse of their pricing right so 25k 4:22 75200 and around 200k right so and all 4:26 of the different things so they create 4:27 different use cases and workflows 4:29 personas com complexity app complexity 4:31 Integrations so this is 0 to one which 4:34 is kind of crazy apps and 4:37 ecosystem um so web and mobile um so 4:41 yeah you can go ahead and look at these 4:43 different competitions or or or 4:45 different existing agencies I wouldn't 4:47 call them competition because they're 4:49 pretty big um but that's a great place 4:52 to get started uh to look for that type 4:54 of information now the type the next 4:57 thing that I want to see is what type of 5:00 person or business are these two 5:03 agencies working with right so if we go 5:06 to cremes page and we go to the bottom 5:08 we can see solutions for HR teams for 5:11 sales teams marketing teams startups 5:13 Enterprises right so you have a kind of 5:16 general you know uh field here of 5:19 different types of Industries right 5:21 there's not a specific industry so if 5:24 you go to HR teams we can't really read 5:26 if it's like a marketing HR so this was 5:29 a launch Pop um I guess it's a startup 5:33 right um You can't really see if it's 5:36 like for a specific industry it's more 5:37 for specific teams right so that's also 5:40 important to keep in mind when building 5:42 your U portfolio or agency website right 5:47 and for for Digital Scientists it's more 5:49 we can see here Services Industries 5:51 right Industries healthcare industry 5:54 Logistics public sector right so they 5:57 actually do have specific niches and 5:59 then under each Niche uh specific 6:02 solutions that are you know quite common 6:06 problems to be solved for each for each 6:08 one of these three niches and in my case 6:12 it's um you know I'm I'm just trying out 6:16 this idea of creating an uh a a 6:18 portfolio for lovable and I am located 6:21 in this area in South Florida and if you 6:23 guys know South Florida you can already 6:25 see in the map bunch of beaches you 6:28 think vacation 6:30 there's also a big real estate boom here 6:33 um so you think of vacation and real 6:34 estate you think Airbnb and then when I 6:37 think Airbnb I think of Airbnb owners 6:39 and when I think Airbnb owners I think 6:41 of their problems right I have good 6:43 friends of mine that own airbnbs and 6:45 they have specific problems in terms of 6:47 management for cleaners in terms of um 6:50 communication with their with their um 6:53 tenants um also in terms of upselling 6:56 them something maybe like a service or 6:58 maybe having partner ships with other 7:00 businesses nearby maybe like a 7:02 restaurant that can give um that can you 7:05 know provide some type of affiliate 7:07 program right so these are different 7:09 problems that uh I know are near me and 7:13 in my specific Community you might have 7:17 different things I would just suggest 7:18 you go to Google Maps zoom out a bit and 7:21 kind of brainstorm okay I live in in the 7:24 north uh I live in Europe for example uh 7:28 there's a big farming industry here or 7:30 there's a big wine industry here or 7:32 cheese or I don't know you can uh be 7:36 creative think about your close Network 7:39 as well and maybe family or friends that 7:42 are in a specific industry and you can 7:44 create solutions for them just so that 7:46 you can you know start ahead and getting 7:49 your first uh testimonial or two and if 7:52 you're still stuck with ideas I 7:54 definitely check uh I would I would 7:56 definitely recommend you checking out 8:00 chat GPT right you can use CLA as well 8:03 but I prefer chat GPT because chat GPT 8:06 has like a better you know um it kind of 8:09 remembers your other chats or the 8:11 context of other chats which I like so 8:14 when it comes to brainstorming you know 8:16 in terms of text I prefer chat PT so I 8:19 would use straty PT to just brainstorm a 8:21 little bit more maybe you do have some 8:23 some problems that you might want to 8:25 solve but chat BT can help you in terms 8:28 of thinking um about more little 8:31 solutions that you can add to that to 8:32 your hypothesis right so I I just wrote 8:35 a very you know vague message saying 8:39 what are several web app solutions that 8:41 can be built to help Airbnb owners with 8:44 their business here in Miami so it gave 8:48 me a few ideas cleaner and maintenance 8:51 scheduling app so basically gave me the 8:53 problem and the solution with a key with 8:56 some with some key features that we can 8:57 use so for the problem manager in 8:59 cleaning crews between guest and 9:01 checkouts right um a platform that 9:04 automatically syncs with Airbnb bookings 9:08 uh Auto reminders checklist templates 9:09 that's great right we have not only this 9:11 one but we have a AI power listing 9:14 optimization tools for I don't really 9:16 like this idea so we can skip it Dynamic 9:19 pricing 9:20 dashboard uh we have a welcome box an 9:23 experience upsell portal guest 9:25 communication Hub Smart Lock and more 9:29 right so you can even go on a deeper 9:32 dive so I chose about seven of these to 9:33 do a deeper dive into this and it 9:36 basically provided me with the problem 9:38 solution key features and monetization 9:41 and text stack even with different 9:43 Integrations that we can use right so um 9:47 I ended up 9:48 choosing a few of these I ended up 9:51 choosing um the welcome box and 9:58 the guess communication Hub was one of 10:01 them that I 10:02 made and this one as well the Analytics 10:06 tool and I think that's it but basically 10:10 I was going through all of these reading 10:11 them and what you can do is you can 10:13 create separate prompts for these seven 10:15 ideas based on the following guidelines 10:18 so this link right here if I were to 10:20 open a new tab it basically takes me to 10:23 The Prompt engineering page of The 10:25 Lovable documentation right so it gives 10:30 the reader a good you know amount of 10:33 information in terms of creating a good 10:35 prompt right I give that to chat GPT 10:39 chat GPT basically creates a prompt for 10:42 lovable based on these different ideas 10:44 right so I have three lovable projects 10:46 open here each one with their own 10:49 different project the first one being 10:51 design a guest facing web portal for 10:53 Airbnb hosts to share welcome info and 10:56 upsell local experiences so this is 10:58 basically how it looks like we have home 11:00 we have welcome back we have experiences 11:03 right so this is kind of like a little 11:05 landing page that you can build with 11:07 lovable and use it for your own um or 11:10 for a client's own uh 11:14 Airbnb uh places right you can also put 11:19 these different things so for example 11:21 these are more very touristic places in 11:23 Miami and they're kind of far apart from 11:25 each other but you can actually you know 11:28 maybe even add some functionality to 11:30 make it to put some things here or 11:33 events that are actually closer to the 11:35 to the uh place right so that's one 11:39 place we have the beach food different 11:40 categories we have welcome back where we 11:42 have the check-in rules the wifi rules 11:45 amenities local contact right so that's 11:48 that's really cool the second thing was 11:51 this one called tidy turnover so this is 11:53 more for the for the cleaning um 11:56 management so design a web app that 11:58 helps airbn host automatically schedule 12:01 cleaners and log maintenance issues 12:03 based on guest checkouts right so this 12:06 is something how this is something you 12:09 know like a quick 12:11 little facade it's not really working 12:14 you know these are this is all just 12:15 dummy demo um but basically you can read 12:19 several details you can um schedule 12:21 cleaning there's some things here that 12:23 we might want to add as well that might 12:25 be the next step but just kind of 12:26 showing you what we generated with uh 12:29 based on our Airbnb idea right so the 12:32 next thing is the Air Track one which is 12:35 basically the financial dashboard build 12:37 a web app that tracks Airbnb Revenue 12:39 expenses and helps hosts prepare for tax 12:42 season right so we have dashboard with 12:44 an overview record transaction so we 12:48 have different 12:49 transactions all going to one Central 12:51 dashboard which is here we have our 12:53 different listings right with that shows 12:55 expenses versus income we can click on 12:58 them and kind of save different 13:00 information we have different reports 13:02 that we can export great and give it to 13:05 like an accountant for example so this 13:07 is all great information that or or 13:09 three great apps that we can actually 13:11 build or or use for our portfolio and 13:14 again you know I think the next step 13:17 here would be to you know add some 13:20 special functionality that you want you 13:22 might want to add for example adding 13:25 some some you know some AI chat here for 13:28 example 13:29 that an AI chat that knows everything 13:31 about the specific property and you can 13:34 connect it to open AI right and I I 13:37 would say also is keeping the 13:40 UI uh consistent throughout maybe you 13:43 want to have like a branded these are 13:45 three branded products from you so you 13:47 want to have typography the same 13:50 everywhere color the same everywhere and 13:52 um so that people can see your projects 13:55 and know that you you built 13:57 it now after after adding all of that 14:00 functionality or you know that 14:02 consistent design style throughout your 14:05 apps right which I find very important 14:07 in this case we didn't really do it 14:08 because I just want to show you the 14:10 basics of creating an A A lovable agency 14:14 right but once you do that and by the 14:17 way you can check out my other videos I 14:19 really go deep into adding functionality 14:22 and adding you know Integrations into 14:24 lovable apps so that you can learn that 14:26 as well like things like open AI 14:29 perplexity um web scraping and more 14:32 right so once you do that once you have 14:34 something cool going on I would suggest 14:37 you go back to chat GPT and you can 14:41 gather the three different projects that 14:44 you have and say I want to create an 14:46 agency landing page showcasing the 14:47 following projects so it basically gives 14:49 you gives you structure and then at the 14:52 end what I did is I asked it for a 14:55 prompt for lovable and basically in 14:57 lovable it gave me 14:59 it generated a page which might not be 15:03 the nicest page I don't really like this 15:05 Sarah font or the color so much but it 15:09 still works you can still use it it's 15:11 it's uh I just don't like it because I'm 15:14 more of a designer and I just see 15:16 certain things and I'm like damn I can 15:18 make this look much better and that's 15:20 why I want to also kind of present to 15:22 you to framer I mean most of you might 15:25 know it if not framer is a web uh Web 15:29 building tool with completely no code 15:32 it's all visual right it's very designer 15:34 friendly and you can use templates like 15:36 this this is one an AI agency template 15:39 right this is like a perfect one in this 15:40 case and you can just preview this right 15:44 and you can go through it very nice 15:46 little Navar animation really cool 15:50 sections it's all just one page so 15:53 that's why it's it's uh for free right 15:55 it's it's has a very beautiful design 15:58 pricing section 15:59 testimonials right and you can use 16:01 something like this to add your own 16:03 projects right so we can for example in 16:06 this case instead of using this these 16:08 things we can add screenshots of our 16:11 projects right so that that will be 16:15 another way of basically creating this 16:19 um portfolio page another way of doing 16:21 this is just by doing it from scratch in 16:24 framer so what I can do is I can kind of 16:30 select all of this until the very top 16:33 which is right here copy this go to 16:36 framer open a new page a new file sorry 16:40 um open the different break points 16:42 because we want to have this basically 16:44 responsive and I want to get a text 16:47 element and paste the different text 16:49 here now we have different styles let's 16:53 just uh edit each one to be kind of 16:56 white here right let's go back 16:59 here back let's just edit everything to 17:03 be white so we can see 17:09 it and we might go ahead and make this 17:11 like a dark mode right I like the dark 17:15 mode so we can make this white but maybe 17:18 like 60% perfect there we go so we have 17:20 our structure on the side we can make 17:23 this a little bit 17:26 darker and go ahead and get start 17:28 started with building so let's just make 17:31 this a tad bit darker because I can't 17:33 really tell the difference okay perfect 17:35 so all right this is this is the way to 17:38 do it from scratch we have the hero 17:39 section who we help featured projects 17:41 and a good way of doing this is by using 17:44 plugins right there are free plugins and 17:47 there are paid plugins um I'm first 17:50 going to show you the paid plugins so 17:52 for example there's frame blocks right 17:55 where you log in and you have different 17:57 sections and let's say you want to build 17:58 a a hero section right and we have 18:01 different hero sections and boom we can 18:03 go like this and basically add this just 18:06 replace a text by double clicking and 18:09 you can also replace the image by going 18:11 here and adding an image of your own uh 18:15 interface right that's one way of doing 18:17 it with with these paid components 18:19 another way of doing it is with free 18:22 components so there's compa which is one 18:24 of my favorite component libraries it is 18:27 semi free so that means that there are 18:29 several components here that you can use 18:30 totally for free which is amazing um in 18:34 specific the Navar which is something 18:36 quite annoying to build in framer uh 18:41 because it it takes some time to build 18:43 but they you can actually use it 18:45 completely for free like in this case so 18:47 I'm going to use this Navar then we can 18:49 just go home look at different blocks go 18:52 back here click on hero and choose 18:55 something that we might like for example 18:57 this one and then for example for the 19:00 featured projects we can go ahead and go 19:02 to like maybe 19:04 content right and if I were to go like 19:06 this you see you can we can still use 19:08 this one for free which is great but 19:11 some of them I guess this one for 19:13 example yeah we can't use it if I click 19:15 on it it says upgrade to Pro right but 19:19 there are a lot of things that you can 19:21 use here that are basically for free 19:25 right and it's great and once we add the 19:28 different components here what we can do 19:29 is basically you know we can go ahead 19:32 and add these different texts so these 19:35 are straight from trbt again I would 19:38 totally recommend you guys just make 19:42 sure that everything 19:44 is um correctly 19:47 written 19:50 and let's just grab this put this here 19:53 paste this like this and then we can 19:56 have book a demo for example 20:01 and VI case studies so it's as easy as 20:04 this right if you guys need help 20:06 learning framer I have a bunch of good 20:08 content about learning framer I actually 20:10 have a framer um a framer course that 20:14 you can basically learn the the 20:16 interface and know exactly what you're 20:18 doing right so this next one is who we 20:23 help so it's just 20:25 basically filling out the gap and making 20:29 sure that 20:31 everything 20:33 is set and ready 20:37 to ready to be you know built so after a 20:43 few minutes of you know touching up the 20:47 design based on these different 20:49 components you know some of these are 20:51 going to be good some of them aren't 20:54 right we can kind of see that we have 20:57 these three different projects right 20:58 right so the design is kind of finished 21:00 let's just you know let's just say that 21:03 it is I know that it's just uh it's not 21:05 finished but let's say that you finish 21:07 your branding you put your logo right 21:09 you add your colors your your font 21:11 whatever um now what we want to do is we 21:13 just want to you know create these 21:15 different portfolio pages so I would 21:18 recommend using CMS for this right and 21:20 then in CMS you kind of build like a 21:21 template page for each one of these and 21:24 you can basically just link them to your 21:27 projects over here to these different 21:29 preview URLs uh for potential clients to 21:34 see and once you're convinced with your 21:36 portfolio you let's say that you put it 21:38 in your custom domain and everything you 21:40 want to start 21:41 getting traffic you want to start 21:43 getting actual testimonials right like I 21:45 said I have Airbnb owners that own 21:48 different properties right they have 21:50 real um tenants there they have real 21:53 people coming in and booking they do 21:55 have these real problems so I would go 21:57 to them first kind of test the solution 22:00 for free for them just to try it out 22:03 gather some testimonials and then using 22:06 a tool like Loom so I use this tool on a 22:08 daily basis um for you know talking to 22:13 potential clients for talking you know 22:16 uh talking to my community and recording 22:17 this Loom is a great platform for this 22:20 and I would use Loom and I would 22:21 basically create a list of different 22:24 Airbnb uh Airbnb owners that you can 22:27 contact in your local area and basically 22:31 provide them with a uh solution right 22:34 say hey my name is Lucas I saw that you 22:36 own these properties over here I would 22:38 love to present to you my product and 22:41 with lovable it's great because you can 22:43 basically 22:44 change uh The Branding of here so let's 22:46 say that um you can make if they have 22:49 like a specific logo you can add it at 22:51 the bottom um if
