Content Production Lead

We're looking for a creative genius that can ideate and ship content so inspirational and educational that it creates a new generation of builders. We want you to build Lovable's video empire from scratch via viral-worthy technical content across Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, and podcasts that makes AI engineering accessible and exciting. Must have serious production chops and understand our technology with ease.

What we're looking for

  • You run a Youtube channel / podcast, or held this role at another growth (tech) company
  • You deeply understand tech & what type of content builders (developers & non-developers) love
  • You have Serious skills in video production, editing, and motion graphics and/or have a network of agencies that you can pull in where helpful
  • You love being behind & in front of the camera or mic and love being in the spotlight as much as putting & directing others into it
  • You are hungry for a lot of ownership and the expectation to create great things quickly

Your responsibilities

  • Own and execute our video content strategy & production pipeline from start to finish, directing, shooting, and editing yourself & with external partners
  • Build an exceptional web content presence that attracts traffic & engagement
    • Our youtube channel with long-form educational content (and potentially expanding this to a learning platform like Coursera / Udemy)
    • Short-form content for Youtube, Instagram, and Tiktok
    • Technical podcast featuring top AI builders and engineers
  • Direct and produce product launches, customer stories, and live demo content
  • Design our motion and visual language system across all platforms
  • Build a team of creative superstars as we grow our video production capabilities
