When do I get charged Lovable credits?
Credits are consumed when you send prompts to the AI agent in Agent mode (variable cost per prompt depending on complexity). Plan mode costs 1 credit per message. The "Try to fix" button is free. Credits reset on your monthly billing renewal date and do not roll over unless your plan includes rollover limits (Pro plan with ~16% savings on annual billing, higher rollover limits). Every user gets 5 bonus credits daily.
When does my monthly credit limit reset?
Monthly credits reset on your plan's renewal date each month. Unused credits don't carry over unless your plan includes rollover (Pro and Business plans have higher rollover limits).
When does the daily credit limit reset?
Your 5 daily bonus credits refresh at midnight in your timezone every day.
Do unused credits carry over to the next month?
Credit rollover depends on your plan. Some plans allow unused credits to carry over; others reset to zero on your renewal date. Check your plan details in Settings > Billing.
If I downgrade, do I keep my rollover credits?
Downgrading may affect your rollover balance depending on the new plan's terms. Check the plan comparison before confirming, or contact support to understand how the change impacts your credits.
My rollover credits disappeared. What happened?
Rollover credits may have a cap or expiration depending on your plan terms. If you believe credits were lost incorrectly, contact support with your account details and they'll investigate.
I upgraded and my credits didn't change.
After upgrading, new credit allowances may take up to 15 minutes to apply. Refresh your dashboard. If credits haven't updated after that, contact support with your upgrade details.
My monthly credits didn't reset. What's wrong?
Credits reset on your subscription renewal date, not the first of the month. Check your renewal date in Settings > Billing. If it's past your date and credits haven't reset, contact support.
When exactly do my credits renew?
Credits renew on the same date each month that you originally subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on March 15, credits reset on the 15th of each month. Check Settings > Billing for your exact date.
