Product Engineer

We are looking for a product-minded fullstack engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for building the core product, and will have a lot of freedom to shape the product and the company. You will be working closely with the founders as one of the first employees.

Lovable is building the software that builds other software. As an early member of the team you will have a great impact on the company and working closely with the founders.

  • Work in close-knit team of IOI gold medalists, CTOs and founders.
  • Work on a problem that has the potential to create a historical shift in how we think about software.

Responsibilities

  • Explore, understand, and implement the latest models and AI research in our product.
  • Develop and implement the core functionalities of our product.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Contribute to the product’s technical architecture, helping to shape the future of our technology stack.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in both front-end and back-end development.
  • Familiarity with a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
  • Experience with database technologies, both relational and non-relational.
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
  • Experience in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, iterative development processes.

  • Cloud: Cloudflare, Fly.io, Google’s Cloud Run, Sentry
