Can I apply a promo code to my existing subscription?
Most promo codes apply at sign-up or plan change. If you have a valid code, try applying it when upgrading or changing your plan in Settings > Billing. Contact support if you need help applying it retroactively.
I signed up during a promotion but didn't get the discount.
Check your invoice to confirm whether the discount was applied. If it wasn't, contact support with the promotion details and your sign-up date. We'll verify your eligibility and apply the discount if applicable.
My promo code isn't working.
Check that the code is entered exactly as provided (codes are case-sensitive). Verify the promotion hasn't expired and applies to your plan type. Some codes are for new subscribers only. If it still doesn't work, contact support with the code.
The promotion said free credits but they didn't show up.
Free promotion credits may take up to 24 hours to appear. Refresh your dashboard and check again. If they haven't appeared after 24 hours, contact support with details about the promotion.
Where do I enter a promo code?
Promo codes are entered during checkout on the Stripe payment page. Look for a 'Promo code' or 'Coupon' field before confirming payment.
