Can I undo a prompt to get my credits back?
Credits can't be returned once a prompt is processed. You can revert your project to a previous version to undo changes, but the credits used for that prompt won't be restored. Plan your prompts carefully to make each one count.
Credits were consumed during a Lovable outage. What do I do?
If our system had issues that caused your credits to be consumed unfairly, contact [email protected] with the date, time, and details. We track service incidents and can credit your account when outages affect users.
Credits were used on a failed action. Can I get them back?
Credits are consumed when your prompt is processed, even if the result isn't what you expected. If the failure was caused by a system error on our end (like during a service outage), contact support with details and we may credit your account.
I lost credits to repeated errors that didn't fix the problem.
We understand the frustration. Try using the free 'Try to fix' feature for error resolution instead of sending new prompts. If you believe credits were unfairly consumed during a system issue, contact support with details.
The AI made changes I didn't ask for and used my credits.
If the AI agent made unwanted changes, you can revert to a previous version. Credits for processed prompts can't be automatically refunded, but if the behavior seems like a bug, contact support with your project URL and we'll review it.
