Monthly credits reset automatically on your renewal date. If it's past your renewal date and credits haven't reset, try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact support with your account email and renewal date.

This can happen if the credit update is delayed. Wait 15 minutes and refresh. If credits still show zero, contact support with proof of payment (receipt or transaction ID) and we'll add them manually.
Do credits expire?
Credits reset on your monthly renewal date. Unused credits from the previous cycle don't carry over unless your plan includes rollover. Keep an eye on your renewal date in Settings > Billing.
