Do credits expire?
Credits reset on your monthly renewal date. Unused credits from the previous cycle don't carry over unless your plan includes rollover. Keep an eye on your renewal date in Settings > Billing.
I had credits yesterday but now they're at zero.
Your credits may have reset on your renewal date (which resets unused credits to your plan's allowance), or recent prompts consumed the remaining balance. Check your renewal date and recent project activity.
My credit balance dropped unexpectedly. What happened?
Credits are deducted for each prompt you send. Complex changes may use more credits than simple ones. Check your recent activity in the editor to see what consumed them. If something looks wrong, reach out to support.
It says I'm out of credits but I should have some.
Refresh your browser and check your dashboard. Your credits may have been used by recent prompts. If your balance is genuinely incorrect, contact support with a screenshot of your credit balance.
