Can I get free credits?
Every user gets 5 free daily credits (refreshed daily) on any plan, up to 30/month on the Free plan. The Free plan also grants 5 daily credits. Upgrade to Pro or Business for higher monthly limits.
How do I get more credits?
Upgrade to a paid plan: Pro ($25/month, 100 credits) or Business ($50/month, higher limit). Annual billing saves ~16%. Enterprise plans include custom credit limits. Contact [email protected] if you need a custom arrangement.
Can I get extra credits for free?
Free credits are sometimes offered through promotions, referral bonuses, or special events. Check the Bonuses section in your dashboard for any available offers. For credit issues caused by system errors, contact support.
Do you offer credit compensation for downtime?
If a service outage affected your work, contact support with details. We review compensation requests related to verified incidents and do our best to make it right.
I lost credits to a bug. Can you restore them?
If a system bug caused unfair credit usage, contact [email protected] with your project URL, the approximate time, and what happened. We review these requests and credit accounts when our system is at fault.
