How do I update my payment method?
Go to Settings > Billing > 'Payment Method,' remove the old card, and add a new one. Your subscription will retry the charge automatically.
What happens if all payment retries fail?
We retry failed payments up to 3 times over several days. If all retries fail, your account may be paused until you update your payment method in Settings > Billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Apple Pay, PayPal, and bank transfers are not currently supported.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments are usually declined due to expired cards, insufficient funds, or your bank blocking the charge. Contact your bank to confirm the card is active and allow charges from Lovable.
Can I change my billing currency?
Your currency is set during sign-up based on your location. To change it, contact support@lovable.dev and we'll update your account. Changes apply on the next billing date.
The Stripe payment form won't load.
This is usually a browser issue. Disable ad blockers, try a different browser, or use incognito mode. If it still doesn't load, contact support and we'll find an alternative way to update your payment details.
