Can I change the email address where invoices are sent?

Invoices go to your account email. Update it in Settings > Account, and future invoices will go to the new address.

Can I get a W-9 or vendor form from Lovable?

For tax or procurement documents, email [email protected] with your specific request and we'll provide what you need.

How do I add my VAT or tax ID to invoices?

Go to Settings > Billing and add your VAT or tax ID. We'll issue tax-compliant invoices going forward. For retroactive changes, contact support.

How do I update my billing address or company name on invoices?

Update your billing details in Settings > Billing. Changes apply to future invoices. For corrected past invoices, contact [email protected].

I don't see an invoice for a recent charge.

Invoices are usually generated within 24 hours of a charge. Check Settings > Billing, and also check your email spam folder. If it's been longer, contact [email protected] with the charge date.

Where can I download my invoices?

Go to Settings > Billing to view and download past invoices. Each invoice includes itemized charges and your billing details.

Can I reactivate a deleted account?

If your account is within the 48-hour cancellation window, contact [email protected] immediately to reactivate. After that period, account recovery may not be possible.

Can I request access to private projects?

To access a private project, you must be invited by the project owner. Ask the owner to go to Project Settings → Collaboration and invite your email. You'll receive an invite and can then access the project.

Unpublish or deactivate projects

You can delete projects via Project Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Project. Unpublishing is different: click "Publish" → "Unpublish" to remove public access while keeping the project. Deleting a project is permanent and cannot be undone. If you need to disable a project temporarily, unpublish it instead. Contact [email protected] if you need help recovering a deleted project.
