I lost credits because the AI produced an error. Can I get them back?
Credits are consumed when prompts are processed, even if the result isn't what you expected. If the error was caused by a Lovable system issue (not your prompt), contact support with details—we may credit your account.
The AI used credits but nothing changed in my project.
Sometimes the AI processes a prompt but determines no changes are needed, or the changes are very small. Check the chat for the AI's response explaining what happened. If this seems like a bug, contact support.
