Battery Digital Twin Lab

Battery Digital Twin Lab is an interactive, web-based simulation and analysis tool for exploring the dynamic behavior of lithium-ion batteries under realistic operating conditions.

It combines physics-based reduced-order battery models, time-dependent 3D thermal simulation, and machine learning surrogates to deliver fast, intuitive, and technically credible insights into battery performance, temperature evolution, and degradation risks.

The platform enables users to explore what-if scenarios such as fast charging, cold environments, cooling limitations, and high-power operation. Results are presented through modern 3D visualizations, time-series plots, and clear engineering metrics including SoC, SoH, peak temperature, temperature gradients, and risk indicators.
